NLM recently shipped these Natural Acetal Pin Fixtures within 14 business days of the Purchase Order date. The parts were just under 1.875” diameter and just over 3” long. The application required surface finishes of 32 Ra. Multiple dimensions required tolerances to be held to a total of .002. Parts were engraved with PN and PO number for the customer lot traceability. Lastly, helicoils were installed for the client’s final assembly project.
