NLM utilizes both a MAZAK HCN5000E (2 Pallet Horizontal Machine Center) & a MAZAK 510C-II (Vertical Machine Center w/ 4th Axis) to provide complex CNC Milled components out of Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Plastic. NLM has the accuracy and experience to get your project done right the first time. NLM can handle your most complex design like Aluminum Castings to basic UHMW machined brackets. These high speed CNC milling machines can mill out cavities, drill and tap holes, shell mill large surface areas while maintaining critical dimensions and smooth surface finish requirements.

We can provide prototype services for your CNC milled application or if you need high volume CNC milling we have the capabilities to meet each particular project. We accept a variety of file formats. So, you can send us your requirements in various file formats, such as AutoCAD, DWG, IGES, STEP, PDF, SolidWorks, and DXF.
